What is Mobile Service?

A new service provided by our dealership that provides light maintenance service and certain recalls at a customer’s home or business.

  • Light basic maintenance (Fluid inspection, air & cabin filters, wiper blades)
  • Most recalls
  • Program updates / Reflashes

  • Battery Replacement

Who is our target customer?

Initially we will focus on recalls. As we gain experience, we anticipate performing maintenance services (10K & 20K, air filters, cabin filter, bulbs, wiper blades) as well

How does a customer schedule a Mobile Service?

Appointments are made by our dedicated Mobile Service Manager/Advisor.

What days does MS operate?

Operating hours for Mobile Service are 9:00 to 3:00 Monday through Friday

What do we charge for MS?

There is no difference in pricing between Mobile Service and the Service Department. There is an added charge (“Convenience Fee”) for Mobile Service. That fee only applies to non-warranty items.
